The ltfoniteur Beige of the 31st March contains five Royal

ordinances bearing on Ministerial arrangements. Two of them announce that the resignation of Sil- vain Van de Weyer Minister of the Interior, Baron I. d'Anethon, A. Dechamps, I. Melon, and C. dlioffschmidt, of their respective functions of Ministers of Justice, of Foreign Affairs, of Finance, and of Public Works, are accepted. The other ordinances appoint the Count de Theux de Meylandt to be Minister of the Interior, Lieutenant-General Baron Prisse Minister of War, and G. J. de Bavay Minister of Public Works.
