A reader received this letter from Oldway Property Group in Merthyr Tydfil: Dear Peter, Kingsmead, Monmouth Thank you for your letter of 19 March the contents of which I note and are very much obliged to you for your com- ments.
It goes without saying that hopefully we will be able to engender further work together in the future but certainly the housing market at this moment in time is not at all good and I think it is going to take an extreme effort to move matters quickly in the next few months and hence the reason why it is going to need some fairly indepth time effective situations being dedicated in almost impossibly disproportionate situations here.
