On the 14th January, wrecked, on board the Conqueror, on tier passage from Cal- cutta to England. on the coast of France, Captain JAMES Nastarrn MARSHALL. of the East India Company's Service, only surviving son of Colonel Marshall, of Bath, also, his Wife. ELIZABETH, third daughter of the late William Butt, Esq., of Conley bury, Herts.

On the 14th, drowned, by the wreck of the Conqueror, near Boulogne, FRANCES MARY, third daughter of the Rev. George Haugh, Senior Colonial Chaplain, Cape Town ; in her 17th year.

On the 19th, at Penzance, JULIANA, Wife of Captain JAM Es Moo, and only daughter of the late William Gregory, Esq., in her 51st year; and on the 24th, at the same place, Captain JAMES HoGO, having survived his Wile only four days.
