K.C.H. to be Rear-Admiral of the Red; Rear- Admiral of the Blue Sir J. R. Rowley, Bart. to be Rear-Admiral of the White; Capt, J. T. Nicolas, C.B. K.H. to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue.

Capt. W. S. Lovell, K.II, has also been promoted to be a Retired Rear-Admiral under the terms proposed in the London Gazette of the lot September, 1846, without increase of pay.
