The Ministerial crisis in Italy is not yet over. General

Mena- brea can get no one to join him, the Departments have no chiefs, and public business gets on as it best can. A coalition Ministry is, it is said, quite possible, but Ricasoli insists on financial changes, to which the King is reported to be immovably opposed. Ricasoli wants Sella's plau,--new taxes and thorough reorganiza- tion ; and the King is determined to do without either, and to increase the army besides. Parliament reassembles on the 7th inst., when, we presume, General Menabrea will make a statement.
