Anemones in Bloom

Anemones, St. Brigid variety, blooin on the lower rockery. Since I put in these corms some years ago, they have changed their time for blooming. Now they have flowers at Christmas. but I think they survive because a hard frost is almost unknown here, and in the par- ticular place in which they are growing they are sheltered. A few yards above them primroses are out.
