This latter plan is adopted by Miss Radclyffe Hall, who requires that the theory of transmigration of souls shall be accepted if the reader wishes to read A Saturday Life with comfort and conviction. Given this premise, the story is extremely amusing, and the characters of the three principal women are sharply defined and con- trasted.
