The Daily London Journal, a penny paper, appeared on Wednesday.

The proprietor of the penny London Journal obtained an injunction In Chancery- to restrain the proprietor of the daily paper from continuing the name. Carried before the Lords Justices in the afternoon they confirmed the decree of the Court below. An action at law is to be brought, and in the meantime the publication of the daily journal is suspended. The plain- tiff is Mr. Herbert Ingram, who purchased the London Journal from Mr. Stiff, the defendant, and present proprietor of the suspended Daily London Journal.
