Seven Bills relating to Land questions in Ireland—three introduced by the Govern- ment, two by the Earl of Donoughmore, one by the Marquis of Clanricarde, and one by Lord Dufferin—have been read a second time, and referred to a Select Committee. The other Bills on their Lordships' table consist of the Lord Chancellor's Testamentary Jurisdiction Bill and his Common Law Procedure 1854-Bill; the Bishop of London's Pew-Rents Bill ; and Lord Lyttelton's In- spector of Nuisances Bill: all of which waits second reading.
