'AMMER'S "BETTE."

A few years back, Edwin Landseer exhibited a picture of red-deer driven pant a party of sportsmen : that picture has been purchased by

Prince Albert ; as recently been engraved by Thomas Lindner, and has been shown for the current week by Mr. M`Lean of the llaymar with the copy. In Mr. IPLean's room the spectator obtained an ezo lent view of the work ; the light being well disposed, and the distance not so great as it was in the Royal Academy exhibition. It is a beauti- ful portrait of cervine life and action. The engvaving is close to the original, with the original spurt of the family in it.
