Eight Case Studies Edited by

RICHARD LYNN Richard Lynn is Professor of

Psychology at the New University of Ulster. In this book he follows the rise from "back-street" opeiation to viable business through the eyes of eight prominent entrepreneurs in order to show the development of early business enterprises in the post war period. Some of these ventures have become spectacular successes whilst others are well-known for their failures to cope with the new array of problems that have recently arisen. The frankness with which the contributors speak of their companies' development gives a unique insight into the reasons for success or failure of the "self-made" man.
