Hildebrand Intelligence

THE PASSENGERS and nearly all the crew were taken off the British liner Hildebrand after she ran aground in fog near Cascais, Portugal, today . . . some sang hymns as they waited . . . as the Hildebrand's list was reported to be dangerous, the master, Captain Thomas Williams, and eight of the crew, were the only ones on board.—Daily Mail, September 26.

THE MASTER, Captain T. E. Williams, is still on board with one hundred members of the crew.
