Beside the seaside

(To be sung to the tune of 'I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside')

Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside!

I do like to bask in weather fair.

I do like to speak to all my comrades dear, To hear them give a cheer, Whenever I appear. I do like to mix a party bromide. I do like to sniff the Blackpool air.

I get a secret joy

From seeing Jim and Roy

Cause leftists such great despair.

Oh, I do like to swim when at the seaside!

MY red waterwings my head keep clear. I don't like the scarlet trunks that Michael wears; They just attract rude stares. I wonder how he dares.

I don't like the look of Wedgie's backside! I Would like to push him off the pier; Arid if I were quite frank, I'd rather that he sank, He swim though, I rather fear.

Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside!

I do hate to have to pack my bag. I don't want to face the unemployment mess; It causes me distress.

I wish it were the press. I do want to keep the party onside.

To do this may mean I move zigzag.

And when the party's done, We like to have great fun,

All singing — the Ruddy Flag!
