Prince Arthur has been "inaugurating" another memorial to the Prince

Consort at Tenby. It is a marble statue 8ft. 9in. in height, placed upon a pedestal of 18ft., made of the grey marble of the locality. The Prince, who is just fifteen years and three months old, played his part quietly, and the most interesting in- cident in the affair was a statement made by Lord Llanover. He said that Mr. White, Mayor of Tenby, was the lineal descendant of the Mr. White, also of Tenby, who rendered an important service to Henry of Richmond, first Tudor King—a statement worth more to the worthy mayor than a knighthood.
