The Paris newspapers received this morning contain some intelli- gence

from Toulon. Orders had been received for the speedy equip- ment of a number of vessels of war, to reinforce the fleet in the Medi- terranean, as well as in the West Indies. The agents for insurance companies at Toulon had refused to grant policies on merchant-ships for the coast of Africa.
