Painleve- returns as Minister for War. M. Leygues (Republican de Gauche) takes the Navy. M. de Monzie (Socialist.' Republican) and M. Chantemps (Socialist Radical) return to office. M. Briand keeps the Foreign Otfice, we are glad to say, and will he helped by M. Pierre Laval. - -
