The Church Com- missioners should ask him back — perhaps to open the St Stephen's Walbrook Coffee Shop, the St Mary Abchurch Conference Centre or the bureau de change on the site of St Edmund the King. His speech would then write itself: 'Say what you like about the IRA, they only blew it up.'
