Dod's Parliamentary Companion for 1892. — This will be an im- portant

Dod, for it will give us the means of comparing the last session of the present Parliament with the one which succeeds it. A very convenient summary of the General Election of 1886, in reference to political parties, will be found on p. 177. The recent changes are given ; but, of course, the Dod was printed and out of the printers' hands before the death of Sir George Campbell was known.
