Sir Alfred Mond on " Co-operation in Industry " which we publish this week. It is gratifying to us to learn from so efficient a master of industry as Sir Alfred Mond that the principles which we have advocated for many years are sound and lead to prosperity. Sir Alfred Mond aims at high production, high wages and cheap costs, and he recognizes that the hand-worker must be given a new and much higher status. * * * *
