On the 8th March. at the New Zealand Company's settlement of Nelson, New Zealand, Haase ANSEL° BELL; in his 21st year. On the 16th, in the Bay of Bengal, on board the Carnatic. Bloom TRAVERS EALES, an Assistant-Surgeon on the Bengal Establishment, youngest son of the Rev. W. Eales, of Ide, near Exeter ; in his 25th year.

On the 23d July, at Farnham, the lies-. W. HEIRDIB Losanswros, third son of the Right Hon. S. R. Lushington, and Rector of Ensiling. in Kent. On the 26th, at his house. York Buildings, Major THOMAS DODD, late of the Royal Artillery; in his 75th year.

On the 30th, at am:lists Bonsai. Wawa Butscowx. Esq., of Hayes, Middlesex; in his 77th year. On the 30th, at Holland Lodge, near Edinburgh, Colonel WALKER, the Military Lieuteuant Governor of Sheerness, at an advanced age. The deceased offieer was. with the exception of the Earl of Lansdale aud one or two others, the oldest officer of Literati's in the service. his commission being dated in 1803. The appointment is a sinecure, and will probably not be filled up.

Cu the 30th, at Edinburgh, Colonel Sir ALEXANDER ANDERSON, C.B.. at au advanced age. Ile was one of the veterans of the Peninsular war, entered the Army in 1801; received decorations for his services at Badajos, Salamanca, Vittoria, Pyreuees, Nivelle, Orthes. and Toulouse; knighted 1831. On the 31st, CassetEs FREDERICK Everts, fourth sou of T. B. Evans, Esq., of Dean House, Oxford, and of North Tuddenham, Norfolk.

On the 31st, at Cambridge Terrace, Camden Town. EL/ZABETH, Relict of Lieut.. Colonel Cleeve. R.A. ; in her 50th year. On the 31st. Mrs. SIMPSON. Relict of Mr. George Simpson. of Regent Street, having survived her husband but a fortnight, to whom she had been united only six mouths ; in her 21st year. On the 34 August, at Tivoli Lodge, Cheltenham, ROBERT KENRICK MANLEY, Esq.; in his 80th year.

At Croydon. MARY MARIA KITCHEN; in her 1030 year. In the Abbey. Limerick, at a very advanced age. Jens KEANE. the oldest of the fishermen on the Shannon, and regarded for many sears as the patriarch of his class. Ile was a man or primitive manners, of the strictest integrity, and was esteemed for his excellent disposition by all who knew him. As a proof of the advantages of teetotalism, we may observe that this old man had not taken malt or spirituous liquors for a period of forty-six years before his death, though frequently out in the severest weather.
