THE CINEMA IN EDUCATION

[To the Editor of THE SPECTATOR.]

SIR,—There are, obviously, very great practical and financial difficulties in the way of providing Cinema Education in school buildings.

Why not arrange for the children to be taken, in school hours, to the local cinemas, where educational films could be shown, with comments and teaching by the teachers ?—I am, Sir, &c., H. G. D. LATHAM.

The Old Rectory, Offord Cluny, Huntingdon.
