A Dutch pilot-boat, lying at Spithead, was seized yesterday by

the re- venue-officers of Portsmouth. She had four hundredweight of tobacco on board. The officers had captured one Jurd, a waterman, with three hun- dredweight of tobacco in his possession, and he informed them that he re- ceived it from the Dutch craft.

Redpath and Kent were again examined yesterday : further evidence was adduced ; but the case remained incomplete, and they were remanded until next Thursday.
