A Cabinet Council was held at the Foreign Office to-day

at two o'clock. All the Ministers were present.

It is likely that the interesting ceremony of the Royal christening- will be performed at Buckingham Palace, instead of the Royal Chapel. The extreme inclemency of the weather has, it is said, caused this change in the place, but will not affect the day originally fixed for the occasion.—Globe, Feb. 6.

The King of the Belgians is expected to arrive at Buckingham Palace to-morrow morning.
