GOOSEBERRIES.

[To THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTATOR."] SIR, —Mr. Sydney Walton's reference to my letter about "Goose- berries " entirely misses my point—that is, when sugar is short, and nets are unprocurable, anything that discourages bottling green gooseberries must lead to great loss of food at a time when all food should be preserved.—I am, Sir, &c., A RUNDELL ST.
