The Reverend Mr. Dawson, who lived at Ballincarrig, in the neigh- bourhood of Limerick, was murdered on Monday evening. Mr. Daw- son had lately excited, the animosity of some of his tenants, by endea- vouring to eject them, as he wished to occupy the land, which he held under lease floes Lord Charleville, himself. It is supposed that some of the tenantry are the murderers, as lie was attacked by three men disguised in women's clothes, one of whom shot him, and then beat in his skull.
