Before we leave the western theatre of the war we

must record a splendid feat of arms accomplished on Wednesday by the French airman, Captain Happe. He dropped bombe on the great German ammunition factory at Rottweil in Baden and set it on fire. His success was complete. Ten minutes after throwing his bombs the powder magazine was on fire, the flames, it is stated, rising to a height of 1,300 feet. The distance there and back covered by the gallant airman was one hundred and eighty-six miles.
