Dunn, Knt. K.C.H. has been appointed to receive a pension of 1501. a year, as provided for in her Majesty's order in Council of the 25th of June 1851, vacant by the decease, on the 25th inst. of Admiral Z. Mudge ; and the name of Sir D. Dunn has been removed to the re- served half-pay list accordingly, and, in consequence of this removal, the following promotions have taken place, dated the 26th inst.—Rear-Admiral of the Blue Sir E. Lyons, Bart. G.C.B. K.C.H. to be Rear-Admiral of the White ; Capt. Sir G. Tyler, Knt. K.H. to be Rear-Admiral on the reserved half-pay list; Capt. Sr J. Franklin, Rot. K.C.H. to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue.
