NEWS OF THE WEEK.
FROM to-day the time of publication of the SPECTATOR will be accelerated by some 24 hours. We shall not, however, go to press at an earlier hour, and shall still contain news received on Thursday. The SPECTATOR will be in its readers' hands in all parts of the King- dom on Friday morning. Various other changes in the procedure of publication will be directed to the clearing away of obstacles in the path of sellers and purchasers, making it far more easy than formerly to obtain the SPECTATOR both at home and abroad.
