lately mentioned, having excited the jealousy of ESPARTRRO, has been compelled to resign the command of the only body of the Queen of Spain's troops which has performed any thing worth notice for some months. The Government has concluded another loan for five millions sterling with AGUADO in Paris; the proceeds of which will go to enrich traitors and sluggards.
