The prospectus of the London and Paris Freehold Estates Company

(Limited), has appeared. The object of this undertaking is to purchase freehold property in England and France, and to erect buildings on eligible sites. The directors propose to commence operations in Paris, where valuable property has already been secured. The capital of the Company is 500,0001., in shares of 20/. each. The first issue will consist of 12,500 shares.
