On 16th June, whilst leading his men into action at Gwalior, Wyndham Neave, Lieutenant of list Highlanders; in his 234 year • and on the 1st July, at Malli- gaum, Edward Digby Weave, of the Bombay Civil 'Service ; in his 27th year—sons of Sir Di,gby Heave, Bart. On the lath July, in Athenaeum Terrace, Plymouth, Edward Moore, Esq., M.D.. F.L.S. ;•in his 64th year. On the 19th, at Pere, Constantinople, Mrs. Mary Foster, for many years the faith- ful servant and beloved friend of Lady Frankliu.

On the 30th, at Chicksands Priory, Laura Elizabeth, second daughter of Sir George and Lady Elizabeth Osborn ; in her 20th year.

On the 30th, suddenly, from aneurism of the heart, at Duff House, Banffshire, N. B., where he was staying on a visit to the Earl of Fife, Henry Frederick Ste- phenson, Esq., one of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue • in his 69th year. On the 1st August, at his residence, Fulmer House, Rinke. Charles. Thomas Cashel, Esq., Deputy-Lieutenant and Justice of the Peace kr that county; 524 year.
