Hardly a Minister is taking his holidays abroad this August.

Many of them will have to be back in Downing Street by the 'third week in August. The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Cabinet will be meeting then to consider again the various draft proposals put before it by the officials of the Foreign Office for the reform of the League. It will make its recommendations to the Cabinet, which will resume its sittings early in September. * *
