WITHOUT DEGREES

SIR,—The Robbins Report indicates that one out of seven of our highly selected university entrants fails to complete his course. At present very little is known about why this happens. We should like to find out from some of these students what they think went wrong and bow they might have been helped. If any student leaving university this summer Without a degree would be interested in throwing some light on this problem, could he or she please send a postcard with their name, address and former university to the Advisory Centre for Education? We will then get in touch with them for further details over the summer. KATHLEEN HARTLEY
