On the 39th ult., at 1, Great Cuinberland-street, the Hon. Mrs. Wm. Beckett De- nison, of a son.

MARRIAGE.

On the 3rd Inst., at Burton Agnes, by the Rev. Griffith Boytton, brother of the bride, rector of Barmston, Richard Stern Carroll, Esq., Tolstou Lodge, Tadeaster, to Louisa, seventh daughter of the late Sir Henry Boynton, Bart., and widow of the hate John Rickaby, Esq., late of Bridlington-quay.

DEATHS.

On the 25th Oct., at St. Vincent, Bouverie, youngest son of Sir R. Alleyne, Bart., aged 33.

On the 25th nit, at Dover, Lieutenant-General the Hon. John Finch.

On the 29th ult., at Withdeane Court, near Brighton, Sussex, of consumption, Sir Chaloner ogle, Bart , aged 18. On the 2nd inst.,at Hastings, after a long and painful Enema in the 73d year of her age, Georgiana, widow of the late Admiral the Right Hon. the Lord William Fitz Roy, ILC.B., and daughter of the late Thomas Raikes, Esq.
