net.)—This is another of the popular collections of exciting stories and instructive articles on such subjects as, for example, lightships and torpedoes. It has a large number of illustrations in black and white and in colour. Some are decidedly crude, but the most finished are by Cyrus Cuneo and Mr. C. E. Brock, whose work is always good.
