TLe Rev. C. Webber, jun. has been elected Canon Residentiary by the Dean and. Chapter of Chichester, in the room of the late Rev. C. Pilkington.

The Rev. G. Pierce Richards, l%I.A. Fellow of King's Collage, has been presented' by the Provost and Fellows of that society, to the Rectory of Stampford Courtemuy, Devon, on the resignation of the Rev. R. B. Byam, M.A.

On the 21st ult. the Rev. Thomas Jones was instituted by commission to the Rectory of Creaton, in the county of Northampton and diocese of Peterborough, viteant by the death of the Rev. Thomas Young. Patrons, the Rev. Ediutind Turner Benyon and Martha, his wife, of Carshalton, in Surrey.
