From Mrs June Blanc Sir; I too was saddened to

see the Spectator join the ranks of hypocritical double-standard supporters on the question of immigration. . As Mr Bond says, (June 30) "is not Immigration a 'matter for decision by the democratic process?" Over the last twenty years the multi-racial society has been forcibly imposed upon the indigenous inhabitants of this country and a great many of us feel it to be quite wrong.

It is to be hoped that the Government will not weaken in their decision not to grant an amnesty for illegal immigrants, and for the sake of our country, our children and the generations yet unborn, all further tropical immigration should cease immediately.

Time is not on our side.
