The Dublin mail of Thursday evening brings intelligence that the

Eleventh Regiment of Hussars bad just been sent off to the disturbed districts of Leitrim, where disorder was increasing to an alarming extent. Having failed to tranquil- lize those districts, Mr. Steele, " Head Paccator' " had issued an address vio- lently denouncing the offenders—" You miscreant traitors to Ireland."
