The Griffitutge of the Hon. Newman Strange. By T. H.

B., R. A. (Hogarth.)—A collection of twenty-one photographs of a humorous character, taken from original drawings, illustrating the adventures of an officer on his arrival in India for the first time. In order fully to appreciate the fun of these drawings, it is, perhaps, necessary to possess some acquaintance with the scenes which they represent. The book is very handsomely got up, and the photographs, executed by J Hogarth, jun., are very well done.
