Beef sells eery readily to-day. at an advance of obtain 44per stone from the terms of last 31.mthu's market, which may be attributed III a vvarce supply. The demand for both Mutton and Latch is also very gond, yet neither obtains so high a figure as on Monday, the former selling for 24. the latter &I. per stone less than on that day. The best qualities of Veal fetch 5, 24. without difficulty.. which is a rise of 2d. from Monday's figures, and 44. from those of this day week.
