A letter from Berlin, of the :SOth of April, says

that the Prussian Government has suddenly changed its opinions with respect to iron railroads ; and instead of granting permission to private persons to undertake such works, has resolved to take the matter into its own hands, and to adopt a general plan, embracing the whole kingdom, the profits to accrue to the public treasury. It is added, that a proposal was made to raise a large loan by the Company of Maritime Com- merce.
