Royal boot hunt?

Sir: It should not be thought that hunting the 'clean boot' by a blood- hound pack is peculiar to Germany (Clive Gammon, 24 October). This form of sport is enjoyed in En-gland too and should interest Princess Anne as an alternative to drag- hunting, which one learns she has recently taken up, for neither is a blood sport.
