RUMANIA'S LAND REFORM

[To the Editor of THE SPECTATOR] Sm,—I was surprised to see in The Spectator of September 9th a statement under the heading " Hungary's Land Reform " that, if Rumania were to follow Hungary's example, the future of Eastern Europe would be more secure. Actually it is Rumania that has set the example to Hungary in this matter and it has taken Hungary twenty years to decide on following the example.
