Letters front Anapa and Tifillis state that the Circassians, after

having beaten General Potowski's corps at the foot of the mountain, had renewed their relation.-; with the Kordes. The intrepid Chief Chernil has rallied his troops tinder his standard, and has excited the Leghiers at the pass of Ageston to revolt. In consequence of these insurrections, General Grabbe has been compelled to send into that country a portion of the troops under General Sobalewsky.
