The large works and properties of Messrs. Palmer Brothers and

Co., Shipbuilders and Engineers, of Newcastle-on-Tyne, the Jarrow Iron Company, and the Mulgrave Ironstone Company, have been disposed of to a Joint-Stock Company, under limited liability, called " Palmers' Shipbuilding and Iron Company (Limited)," with a capital of two millions sterling, the whole of which has been subscribed privately through Messrs. Chadwick, Adaznson, McKenna, and Co.
