Dr. Marsham, to ELIZABETH MARIA, third daughter of Walter Jones, Esq., of BaBinamore, in the county of Leitrim, in Ireland, and Hoyle Place, In the county of Kent. On the 9th ult., at Florence, at the residence of the English Minister, Mr. Seymour, Lady AUGUSTA COVENTRY, daughter of the Earl and Countess of Coventry, to the Hon. HENRY Fox, eldest son of Lord Holland.

On the 28th ult..at Clifton. GEORGE llosniNS, Esq., late Captain in the 17th Lancers, and third son of the late Thomas W. Robbins, Esq., of Binfield House, Berks. to Mame CATHARINE, daughter of Charles A. Elton, Esq., of Clevedon Court, Somerset.

DEATHS.

On Friday, the 31st of May, at Upper Tooting, JOHN BATLEY, Esq., in his 60th year, after a long and painful illness borne with great resignation. On the 4th inst., at his House in Dover Street, Lord KING, in his 58th year. On the 4th inst., at Cheltenham. in his 37th year, Capt. CHARLES lisaalsoir, Esq., late of the 67th Regiment, son of Richardson Harrison, Esq., Remembrancer of the First Fruits and Tenths.

On the 30th ult., in the island of Jersey, PHILIP JADVIIIN, Esq., in his 74th year. On the 31st ult., Mrs. MARY Moose, at her house in Doughty Street, in her 79th y ear. On the 31st ult., at Hampstead, Mr.TROMAS JOHNSTON, Licentiate of the College of Surgeons in Dublin, in his 24th year.
