The Government of Lours PHILIP pursues its steady game of

prosecuting the newspapers. No experience enlightens these zealous enemies of discussion ; no defeat casts them down. They have failed in nine cases out often, because the Juries decide more upon the motives of the prosecutor than the nature of the charge; but still they stand up, and will stand up until they be beaten out of the ring altogether. The last case was that of the Prjeurseur of Lyons, which was alleged to have published a series of articles tending to produce the riots of the 5th and 6th June. There are three indictments : the first, the letters of this morning state, has failed ; but, notwithstanding, the other two will be tried.
