The Dublin Election Committee proceed very slowly in the scrutiny

of votes. Whole days are consumed in hearing arguments, the result of which is a decision to strike off or retain one elector on the list. Flow long this will continue is quite uncertain. At the close of yesterday, Mr. O'Connell had a majority of one-the efforts of the petitioners during the day to strike off a vote having been unsuccessful. To-day the Committee have been occupied with a discussion on the legality of the Dublin Grand Jury cess.
