DEATHS.

On the 26th February, at Calcutta, George Canning Jordan, son of William .Terdan, Esq.

On the 11th April, drowned at St. Thomas's, with three of his crew, from his boat being swamped, and in consequence of giving up an (mite one of his men, who could not swim, Joseph Itushnan, Esq., of the Royal West DWI= Mail Service, eldest son of Dr. J. S. Bushnan, Fellow of the College of Physicians of Edinburgh ; in his 24th year.

On the 19th, at Gibraltar, from the effects of Crimean fever, Captain Wm. Wilberforce Hagan, Royal Artillery, only surviving son of Captain Sir It. Hagan, RN.; in his 25th year.

On the 28th, at Twickenham, Robert Barclay, Esq., late of 17, Sussex Place, Rotherfleld Street, Islington ; in his 38d year. On the 24 May, at St. Helier's, Jersey, Frederick Arthur Egerton, Commander R.N., sixth son of the late Rev. Sir Philip Grey Egerton, Bart., of Outten Park, Cheshire.

On the 2,1, at Wallace's Hotel, Sloane Street, the Hon. Eleanor Margaret Daly, eldest daughter of the late Lord Dunsandle and ClanConal. On the 3d, at Ramsgate, Miss Matilda Sampson in her 91st year. On the 4th, at the Lodges, Scole, Norfolk, Jane, relict of the Rev. Thomas Whitaker M.A., of the Dove House, Mendham, in the same county ; in her 92d year, dn the 6th, at Farringdon Rectory, Alton, Hants, the Rev. John Benn ; in his 924 year.

On the GM, in Eaton Square, the'Dowager Lady St. John Mildmay, of Gogmersfield l'ark, Hants, widow of Sir Henry Paulet St. John MIldmay, Bart.; in her 93d year.
