THE PERSIAN 'WAR.

In reply to an incidental question put during the debate on the Address, Earl GRANVILLE said—" A telegraphic message has been received this very afternoon, from which it appears that on the 6th of April the General commanding the British forces in Persia received information of the treaty with Persia having been signed at Paris : so that we can have no doubt that subsequently to that date all unnccesary bloodshed had ceased."
